Stamps that fly

Despite the cold that I picked up at work this week, I managed to get a few cards made using some of the lovely products from the Autumn-Winter Mini Catalogue.

This card below was inspired by this card at Splitcoast Stampers.  It uses the All a Flutter butterfly and Very Vintage wheel.
Stamps: All a Flutter & Very Vintage wheel
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Pie, Tango Tangerine
Paper: Very Vanilla & Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Scallop Circle punch, Circle #2 Bigshot die, Snail, Sticky Strip, Glue Dots, Watercolour paper, Aqua painters

This card uses the new bird punch from the Mini Catalogue.  I also used the Top Note Bigshot die and Cottage Wall paper.  This card is actually very quick and easy to make.

Stamps: Teeny Tiny Sentiments
Ink: Rich Razzleberry
Paper: Very Vanilla, Old Olive, Orchid Opulence & Cottage Wall DSP
Accessories: Top Note Bigshot die, Extra Large 2 Step Bird Punch, Rich Razzleberry Polka Dot Ribbon, Sticky Strip, Snail

Dont' forget that you can become a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator for $259 until July 31, which is a 20% saving off the normal price!  Contact me at l_prothero@yahoo.com if you want any further information!!

Colour Renovation!!

Stampin' Up! is changing it's colours!  Some are staying, some will go and there will be a few new ones too!  This change takes place on September 1, so if you know of any ink pads, markers, paper or ribbon that you would like to stock up on, contact me at l_prothero@yahoo.com

There will also be a change in colour family names.  The new colour palette is organized into four collections: Subtles, Brights, Regals, and Neutrals. You will see 25 of our current colours remaining, and ten past In Colors returning as core colours, and the addition of five new core colours.

To make things easy Stampin' Up! have come out with some flyers so you know what's retiring and what's staying.

In Colours

There will also be 5 new In Colours, which will stay around for 2 years, with an additional 5 new In Colours next year which will give us 10 In Colours.

The new In Colours are: Blushing Bride, Concord Crush, Peach Parfait, Pear Pizzazz and Poppy Parade!

All of this takes place starting September 1 - so get in early for paper, ribbons, stamp pads and markers of any of the retiring colours.  Contact me at l_prothero@yahoo.com  Perhaps you'd like to hold a workshop so you can earn free product!  If anyone is interested in a class and has something that they would like to learn how to do, just let me know!
